Refund Policy
Thank you for using Chromapeel. This page explains how we handle subscription fees and cancellations.
1. Core Principles
Chromapeel is an instant-delivery online digital service. Once a subscription starts, your account immediately receives features/allowances and begins incurring compute and infrastructure costs. As a result, unlike physical goods, we generally cannot “take back” unused portions or isolate refundable costs.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in specific cases, our charges follow these principles:
- Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Issued Credits are non-refundable and non-convertible.
- We do not provide prorated (pro-rata) refunds for the remaining time in the current billing period.
2. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel at any time:
- In your account/subscription settings on the site; or
- By emailing [email protected] for assistance.
After cancellation:
- You keep paid benefits until the end of the current billing period.
- The remaining portion of the current period is not refunded.
- At period end, auto-renew stops and your account typically downgrades to the Free plan.
3. Credits
- Credits issued in a subscription are valid only for that billing period and expire at period end. They do not roll over, are non-refundable, and non-convertible.
- If the subscription ends or is not renewed, unused Credits may remain usable until expiry, after which they are lost.
4. Special Cases and Legal Exceptions
If you believe there is an abnormal charge, severe technical issue, or other special circumstance:
- Email [email protected] with details (account email, transaction info, issue description, etc.).
We will review the request and, within what applicable law allows, may at our discretion offer adjustments, credits, or a one-off refund. Such remedies are discretionary and not an automatic right.
5. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local laws mandate cooling-off periods or forced refunds, we will follow those requirements.
